As a Chartered practice we bring deep technical knowledge to every project, from early planning strategy through to the construction details that determine how a building performs and ages. That technical rigour underpins everything we do but it is always in the service of the design, not a constraint on it.

Baltik Architecture is based in Liverpool but we work with homeowners and developers across the North West and beyond. Our projects have taken us across Merseyside, Cheshire, Manchester, Macclesfield, Lancashire, Staffordshire, North Wales, the Midlands, and further afield, including the Cotswolds and Beaconsfield, for clients who want a design-led practice with the technical rigour their project deserves.

I instructed Baltik to prepare drawings for an extension & full remodel of an 1890s end terrace in Hawkshaw, Bury. I briefed them on what my requirements were and the drawings they prepared ticked all the important boxes. Baltik dealt with the planning application and they managed to secure planning permission within a couple of months.
