This website is run by Baltik Architecture Ltd, a residential design practice based at Studio N, Basecamp, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool L1 0AH. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and phone number, the type of project, the site address, your project outline, an approximate budget if you choose to share one, and how you heard about us. If you email or call us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call or site visit, and prepare a fee proposal. If you go on to appoint us, we use it to deliver your project, including sharing relevant details with planning authorities, building control and other consultants working on your scheme. We rely on your request for us to take these steps before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our practice.
We never sell your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Your enquiry is stored securely by Webflow, which hosts this website, and passed to our business email. Once a project is underway, we only share what is needed with the authorities and consultants involved in it. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.
If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete your details within 12 months. If you appoint us, we keep project records for as long as we need them for professional, insurance and legal purposes, which is usually up to 15 years after the project ends.
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work properly. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@baltikarchitecture.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before going to the ICO.
