Commissioned in 2023, we have been engaged to lead this project from planning stages through to completion on site. Originally a three-bedroom family home, The Woodlands has been reimagined as a five-bedroom residence, designed to enhance both spatial flow and functional capacity.

Key developments include a front extension featuring a striking double-height entrance, transforming the home’s arrival experience. The existing garage has been converted into a bespoke cinema room, while double-storey side and rear extensions accommodate a generously proportioned family kitchen on the ground floor. Above, a spacious master suite has been added to provide a private, luxurious retreat.

This transformation brings a harmonious blend of functionality and elegance to support modern family living.
