Where We Work

Baltik Architecture is based in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle. We work with homeowners across the North West, Cheshire, and beyond — taking on residential extensions and bespoke new build projects wherever the right opportunity exists.

Our heartland

The majority of our work sits across Merseyside, Cheshire and the Wirral areas we know well, both in terms of the housing stock and the planning authorities we work with. That familiarity makes a difference. We understand the local planning context, the character of the neighbourhoods, and the expectations of homeowners in these areas.

Further afield

We regularly take on projects beyond the North West for clients who want a director-led practice with a genuine commitment to design quality. If your project is outside our usual geography but the brief is right, we're happy to discuss it.
