Liverpool Road North

A comprehensive extension to a semi detached home in Maghull, adding serious space across three elements while giving the property an architectural identity it never previously had.

The scheme combines a double storey rear extension, a single storey rear extension and a double storey side addition, together transforming the ground floor into a generous open plan kitchen and snug that connects directly to the garden. The layout was rethought from the inside out to make the most of the additional volume and improve the flow across the whole ground floor.

The standout move is the feature apex glazing to the master bedroom above. Full height glass fills the gable end, flooding the room with light and long views over the rooftops. From outside, it reads as a confident architectural statement that lifts the whole rear elevation.

The project is currently on site and progressing well toward completion.
