116 Kings Drive

A family home in Woolton extended across four separate elements to deliver more space, better light and a layout that finally works for how the family lives. We led the project from initial design through to construction across the full RIBA stages.

To the front, a new glazed entrance porch defines the arrival and improves the home's presence on the street. To the side, a two storey extension adds a generous master suite with improved outlook and a calm, private feel. To the rear, a single storey extension opens up the ground floor living space with a direct connection to the garden. Above, a dormer loft conversion makes use of the existing roof volume to add further accommodation without touching the footprint.

Each element was designed to work as part of a coherent whole rather than a series of additions. The result is a home that feels considered throughout, with better flow, more light and a layout built to serve the family for years to come.
