The Coach House

A handsome Victorian coach house in one of Liverpool's most sought-after neighbourhoods — brought back to life after sitting unfinished for four years.

When we were appointed, construction had stalled mid-way through. The side extension was standing but open to the elements, and the original building hadn't been touched. We resolved the outstanding technical and regulatory issues, produced the full construction package, and got the project moving again — providing the continuity and oversight that had been missing from the start.

The result is a generous £1.4m residential conversion: a characterful, well-resolved home designed with the care and attention it always deserved.
