Shorrocks Avenue

A development of 30 new family homes in Formby, designed for a local developer.

Warm red brick, crisp white render and tall apex-glazed gables give the homes a contemporary character that still feels at home in an established residential area. Feature glazing runs the full height of the main rooms, while the brickwork, chimneys and pitched slate roofs keep a familiar, traditional rhythm along the street.

Alongside the design, we produced the marketing visuals, moving from early pencil sketches and watercolours through to the final CGIs used to present the scheme.
