Baltik Architecture & Design shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year

Baltik Architecture has been shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year at the 2025 YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards.

The awards recognise organisations shaping the future of the Liverpool City Region through creativity, vision and impact. For us, being included on this shortlist acknowledges the work of our team and the projects we’ve delivered with clients over the past 12 months. 

It also marks a new chapter in our journey. Formerly Studio Seventeen, our rebrand to Baltik Architecture reflects both our roots in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and our commitment to timeless, considered design.

We look forward to joining fellow finalists at the awards ceremony later this year!
